In the first turn, the war born Temok horses entered the land. They were blood driven creatures at the time with no thought but to conquer the inhabitants of their new home. They did, and slaughtered the lot, feeling no need for the normal beasts that possessed "their" land. They were monsters, and endlessly proud of it. They named the new place Nesbit, and split into for nations with the fifth and central area being a vast no-man's land.
In the twelfth turn, a mare named Merciee was born, having no idea of the gift she'd one day bear her people.
In the sixteenth turn, Merciee gave birth to twins, Servin and Kyoti, unheard of for a mare so young. Kyoti, though born blind, quickly learned to "see" far better than her her more typically styled, though still special brother. Servin very quickly set about earning his markings. By his third year he had won two fights large enough to warrant markings, and by his fourth turn, a fancy bird design graced his midsection, marking his quick accent to leader of the major southern herd. No mare however had brought herself into his existence, and he relied on his younger twin for help, guidance, and advice.
He had entered his reign during a time of peace between the four Temok nations, but that time of peace was evaporating. The nations quickly moved themselves into the beginning stages of a full scale war. The leaders of the minor herds are beginning to trust their Lords less, and the bands are beginning to rise up against both major and miner herds. Unease settles through the lands, and fiery war driven Temok blood is again beginning to boil. To whom to turn, to where to run?
The fighting begins again!
